If you order on a working day or Saturday before 15:00, your order will be shipped out the same day !

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, France and Spain.

Delivery times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 working days
  • Germany, Luxembourg: 2-4 working days
  • Austria, France, Spain: 3-6 working days

As soon as your package is on its way, you will of course receive a Track & Trace link so that you can track exactly when your happy pawsome package arrives!

Returns

Order not quite what you expected? No problem, we will solve it for you.

➔ You can return unopened products within 14 days .
➔ Make sure everything is neatly in the original packaging.
➔ Unfortunately, personalized or opened products cannot be returned.

This is how it works:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for return (short and sweet is fine!)

Return fee:
For returns we charge a small contribution of €2.95 .
We will automatically deduct these from the refund. This way, we help to keep our footprint as small as possible. 🌱
