Terms and Conditions for the Shop with Marley's gift card

1. Validity

The Shop with Marley's gift cards have no expiration date. As long as our webshop is active, your gift card will remain valid. In the (very unlikely) case that Shop with Marley's makes its last footprint and ceases to exist, the right to redeem outstanding gift card credit will also expire. But don't worry: we are not done sniffing for a long time!

2. Where and how to use

Our gift cards can only be used in the webshop at www.shopwithmarleys.com. You can redeem your gift card simply by entering the unique code during checkout. The credit will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your order, excluding any shipping costs. Is your order more expensive than your gift card? Then you can pay the remaining amount with one of the available payment methods. Are you not using the entire credit at once? Then the remainder will remain active and you can simply use it again later.

3. Not redeemable for cash

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, vouchers or other payment methods, nor can they be used to purchase new gift cards.

4. Cancellation or return of orders

Are you cancelling an order that was (partially) paid for with a gift card? Or are you returning something? Then the used gift card credit will be refunded in the form of a new gift card credit. Amounts that have been paid via other payment methods will be refunded in the same way as they were paid.

5. Loss, theft or misuse

The gift card is comparable to cash. In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of your gift card code, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation or replacement. Marley's tip: keep your gift card as safe as your favorite snack!
