As soon as your package takes off, you will receive a Track & Trace link in your inbox. That way you know exactly when your happy pawsome package is barking at the door (figuratively speaking) 😉
Still not quite what you expected? Don't worry - we'll sort it out for you neatly (and without drama).
Return rules in a nutshell:
– You can return unopened products within 14 days.
– Make sure that everything is neat and complete in the original packaging.
– Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized or opened products – they have been custom-made or opened.

✔️ The item you want to return
✔️ A short reason for return (short but powerful is perfectly fine!)
Return contribution:
We charge a small fee of €2.95 per return. We automatically deduct this from your refund. This way, together we keep our paw print a little smaller - and that feels pretty good, right? 🌱
