Complaints procedure
At Shop with Marley's we strive for satisfied customers and dogs. However, it can always happen that something does not go as planned . If you are not satisfied with a product or our service, please let us know. Together we will find a suitable solution!
1. Submit your complaint
You can submit your complaint as follows:

- Post: Send your complaint to our postal address: Radarstraat 108G, 1973ZD Ijmuiden.
- Contact form: Use the form on our website under Contact .
Make sure to include the following:
- Your name, address and contact details.
- The order number.
- A clear description of the complaint.
2. Confirmation of your complaint
We will send a confirmation within 14 days that your complaint has been received. If it takes more time to give a substantive response, we will let you know.
3. Solution within a reasonable time
We will do our best to handle your complaint within 14 days of receipt . If we need more time, we will keep you informed. We will come up with a solution such as:
- Replacing the product.
- A refund.
- Or another suitable solution.
4. Not satisfied with the outcome?
Are you not satisfied with our solution? Then you can submit your complaint to the WebwinkelKeur dispute committee via https ://www .webwinkelkeur .nl /klantenservice /geschillencommissie . This can also be done via the ODR platform of the European Commission ( link ).
